Is there any particular reason not to just remove the neutral sensor altogether? I never trust mine in actual use anyway and then there's no way it could damage the engine. There is no problem with the switch itself... the issue is the screws that retain it. The switch ties into the starting system in a couple different ways. Why mess with removing the switch and messing around the the fall-out electrical issues when all you have to do is remove the screws, lock-tite them and reinstall?
